Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns:

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-6 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Custom-designed kits may have specific return restrictions, so please refer to the product details page for any specific return policies regarding these items.

 

Non-returnable items:

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Customized items (unless there is a defect).

Downloadable software products.

Some health and personal care items.

We recommend contacting us first to confirm whether your product is returnable.

 

Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@botroot.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
  2. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. You will be notified once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@botroot.com and send your item to the address provided by our customer service.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
